Psychoanalysis
We have here some ideas belonging to the developments brought
about by Melanie Klein, Wilfred Bion and Donald Winnicott,
among others, derived from Sigmund Freud's discoveries.
The highlighted points refer in a nuclear way to the line
we could see coming from Freud's theory about the two principles
of the mental functioning, that gains an interesting evolution
with Klein's ideas about the two positions, and arriving at
Bion's powerful working through a theory of thinking.
This framework will be described in most of the papers presented
here, and will thus be able to be read in greater detail in
them.
The list includes papers ("Thinking
and Violence", an about the psychotic way of thinking;
"The Uncanny", an essay
about Freud's article ("Das Unheimliche",
1919), that uses references specialized in this topic); a
brief introduction about the authors mentioned and a selection
of quotations by them that may be useful to give a general
view of their thinking under authors
and quotations; and the link to
the book - "The Emotional
Component - mental functioning and illusion at the light of
economic transformations in Brazil since 1985" -
that has three chapters that cover this area more directly
and thoroughly - "The Psychoanalytic Model" (chapter
1), "Psychic Reality and External Reality" (chapter
2) and "The Analyst-Researcher
